The soft start mechanism eases the load on the motor maximising the machines longevity. The core of every high-pressure cleaner is its high-pressure pump. Only forged special brass is used for the pump heads to guarantee excellent quality and durability. All pumps are made on CNC machining centres with electronic control systems to ensure maximum precision and compliance to specifications. This technology package is complemented by a number of details which, in total, make the difference in performance, safety and durability.

With a 10-year anti-corrosion guarantee - they cannot wear out! 'Cheaper' machine soften seen in high street stores have electric motors that are designed to only last as long as the pump, which worryingly is only 40-50 hours. The pressure is fully adjustable and at maximum will give nearly 2000 psi, but with good volume water flow behind it - making this around 50% more powerful than machines with only 7 or 8 ltrs/min (3500 effective-psi if you're using our DirtKiller lance). DirtKiller lance's give fantastic results when cleaning stone work and block paving, etc. It is very aggressive, you wouldn't want to use it on your car, the spinning pencil jet combines concentrated power over a larger working area.

THIS MODEL IS THE TOTAL STOP VERSION WHICH INCLUDES THE PRESSURE SWITCH SYSTEM TO TURN THE MACHINE OFF AFTER BEING LEFT RUNNING.

BYPASS OPERATION

All high-pressure cleaners are designed to switch to pressure reduced bypass operation when the trigger gun with safety catch is closed. The water is thus circulated at a residual pressure of approx. 10 bar. Pump and motor are discharged leading not only to a significant prolongation of the service life but to energy savings as well. Machines with the additional qualification TS completely switch off at this point.

STAINLESS STEEL MANOMETER

All high-pressure cleaners are equipped with large, clearly visible, glycerine dampened stainless steel gauges.

DRY-RUN SAFETY

All pumps are equipped with a fabric sleeve and a Teflon graphite backing ring on each plunger. The excellent lubricating properties of Teflon graphite serve to reduce both the friction and temperature inside the pump. For this reason, Kränzle pumps can be run without water for a certain period without suffering any damage.

CORROSION PROTECTION

All parts of the pump and safety devices that come into contact with water are made of stainless steel or special brass. Machine failure due to corrosion is impossible, and this is what makes the operating safety of all Kränzle high-pressure cleaners so unique.
